# Community Select Payee (Utilities) - Administrator Guide

## Purpose

The purpose of this Administrator Guide is to provide information about the Utilities package
functionality, where Employees who have multiple Active Payees can switch within the Community
between each Payee. The content in this guide is optional, and may be utilised during implementation, or
even after a project has gone live. The intended audience for this document is System Administrators.

## Overview

The Community Select Payee function is a Screen Flow that provides Employees with multiple Active
Payees the ability to change their Primary Payee record within the Employee Community.

Without this Flow, Employees who have multiple Active Payee records will only ever be able to access the
Community as the Primary Payee defined by Payroll.

This Flow can be used to change the Payee record so that the 2cloudnine Lightning Web Components
(Timesheets, Expense Claims, Leave, Pay Advices) and any Utility Extension Onboarding Flows (TFN
Declaration, Superannuation Choice, Payment Details) are displayed based upon the Primary Payee
selected.

## Using the Community Select Payee Flow

If this functionality is configured, the Flow first checks the number of Payee records related to that
Employee.

* If none are identified, a message is returned advising the User to contact Payroll.
* If one Payee is found, a message is returned advising the User of their one Payee record.
* Where multiple Payees are found, the User is given their current logged-in Payee record and
related Payment Entity. The User is provided access to a record choice picklist that allows them to
select from all of their available Payees.

When a User selects a Payee, the Flow automatically sets the current Payee > Primary Record checkbox
to FALSE and sets the Payee selected in the picklist to have Primary Payee as TRUE.

Once the Primary Payee is changed, the User can refresh the Community using the standard refresh
within the browser, and all Components and Flows will now be shown as the new Primary Payee.

**Enable Flow**

Before using the ‘Community Select Payee’ Screen Flow it must be activated:

Go to **Setup** - **Flows** - **Community Select Payee**

1. Select **Activate** .

**Add Flow to Employee Community**

The ‘Community Select Payee’ is a Screen Flow that is used in the Employee Community. Whilst it can be
added to any page, we recommend adding to an existing ‘Profile’ Page. To add the Flow to an existing
Profile Page:

Go to **Setup** - **All Sites** - **Builder** (for the Employee Community)

1. Select an existing **Profile** page from the pages drop-down.
2. Select the **Component** button and search for **Flow** .
3. Drag the **Flow** Component onto the page in your preferred location.
4. Select the **Community Select Payee** Flow.
